Shipping & Returns
Shipping Prices
We currently offer delivery within the EU and North America. The shipping cost will be automatically added at checkout when you place your order. We use the shipping service that best suits your order to deliver as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our goal is to ship your order from our warehouse within 24 hours and for you to receive your package within 7 business days within Europe and 7-14 days international.
For shipping outside of Europe all taxes and/or duties will be payed by the recipient.
Packages not picked up
Packages not picked up by the recipient and returned to us will incur a handling fee. The cost is as follows:
- Within Sweden: 200 SEK
- Within the EU: 40 EUR
- International: 60 EUR
Shipping from Different Warehouses
The new production is shipped from our warehouse in Estonia. Orders from previous production, listed under archive, are shipped from another warehouse. If an order contains products from both locations, double shipping charges may apply. If you live in Stockholm and want to shop directly from our warehouse, please email gernandteva@gmail.com. Thank you for your patience while we transfer our production!
Returns
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you pick up your order. You can only return the product if it is completely unused, and the return will be confirmed once we have received and approved the item.
The cost to make a return is:
- Within Sweden: 30 SEK
- Within the EU: 3 EUR
The customer pays the postage. If you wish to make a return, email us at lill@bymutti.com, and we’ll take it from there.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product for another, please make a return as outlined above and place a new order.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be refunded in the same way you paid, minus the cost of making a return. The money will be refunded to your account within 1-7 business days after the return is approved.
